Apple PIE

Let's start with the begining ! Well it is not much for a begining but I will add futher things later.

When I am talking about making an apple PIE it is entirely of course (dough included):

So to make a tasty French Apple PIE [Version 2.0 now since last cooking in Scotland], you need:

To make the dough put everything in a big bowl as follow:

- 300 g of floor add 6 teaspoons of olive oil =OR= for 250 g of floor and 5 teaspoons of oil.

- 1 pinch of salt

- 1 teaspoon of baking powder

By adding a few quantity of warm water to all ingredients above, mix everything in an homogeneous way til getting a dough which looks you not wet and not to dry beetween the 2 ! Try to merge all the floor from the bowl, do not leave anything in it!

Make it flatten with a big roll, and then put it in a pie dish. Cut the remaining pieces of dough. You can add some jam onto the dough and then put pieces of apple on it then. Put it some vanillasugar on it if you want.

Put it in the oven in position six or seven [over 10 in my case carefull not to burn it!]

Wait between 20 and 30 minite and then it should be good! A bit like this:
